During the sprint students were introduced to Design Thinking methods, mindsets and received mentorship from leading international designers and then collectively imagined, developed, and prototyped creative interventions and solutions for positive social change.
Following a free fast-paced three-day design sprint, students from across Dundee have designed ideas and developed prototypes in response to the problem and the promise of plastic.
The Plastic Lab: Design Sprint was hosted by V&A Dundee and the University of Dundee and would not have been possible without the support of the Innovation and Impact Development Fund (IIDF) at the University of Dundee.
